About Me

I advise and represent my clients in all aspects of workplace law, including labour, employment, occupational health and safety, human rights, and governance matters. My practice focuses on human resources, attendance management, discipline and dismissal, policy development, and legal compliance. On behalf of my clients, I have appeared as counsel in all levels of court in British Columbia and regularly appear before arbitrators, arbitration boards, and administrative tribunals.

I enjoy acting for a broad spectrum of clients across nearly all industries, including not-for-profit entities. Specifically, I am passionate about my large Aboriginal workplace law practice, in which I provide sage legal advice, policy development, and training seminars for First Nations and other Indigenous organizations across British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon.

My practice is additionally focused on providing clients with practical day-to-day advice; I take pride in my proactive approach to addressing issues and assist clients in improving their workplaces by resolving disputes and providing education to enable them to prevent issues before they arise or solve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
